Dog Case Back In Court

ospca ck animal centreThe case involving the 21 dogs seized from a Tilbury dog fighting ring will be back in court tomorrow.

Jennifer Bloom, Deputy Chief Inspector with the OSPCA says no decisions will be made.

“My expectation is that tomorrow will be a day to set a date for hearing motions regarding intervenor status and possibly set a date for the trial.

The dogs were originally seized in October and have been in OSPCA care ever since.
