A local woman is facing charges following a break-in in Dresden.
Chatham-Kent police were called to a Hughes Street home Monday afternoon. Authorities say a woman was seen going into the building and then breaking into an apartment, despite being removed from the property for trespassing earlier in the day.
The 42-year-old was arrested and charged with mischief and trespassing. She was taken to police headquarters and later released with conditions and a date in court next month.
