A Dawn Township woman has been arrested after a traffic complaint in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent Police received a tip just before 6:30 Tuesday evening about a vehicle driving erratically n Gregory Drive then parking behind a business on St Clair Street.
Officers found the vehicle and discovered a woman sleeping behind the wheel.
Authorities suspected the driver was under the influence of an intoxicating substance. She was arrested and taken to police headquarters for tests.
A search of the accused also turned up suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.
The 36-year-old has been charged with impaired driving and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
