Impaired driving charges have been laid against a Blenheim man.
Early Thursday afternoon, Chatham-Kent Police responded to a report of an impaired driver in the parking lot of a St Clair Street area business.
Officers found the driver unconscious behind the wheel. The man was taken to hospital, where it was determined he was impaired by drugs.
The 38-year-old has since been charged with impaired operation released by hospital staff and police with conditions and a date in court later this month.
