No charges will be laid following a crash in St Clair Township late last week.
According to Lambton OPP, a vehicle crash on Bentpath Line just before 6 o’clock Friday morning. The driver, a 59-year-old from St Clair Township, was taken to hospital by ambulance, then air-lifted for further treatment with life-threatening injuries.
Officers shut down Bentpath Line between Indian Creek Road and Highway 40 for several hours to investigate.
Authorities now say the driver is expected to recover from their injuries, and the case has been closed.
