Police are looking for witnesses after a driver left the scene of a collision in Wallaceburg that sent a pedestrian to hospital.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said a 36-year-old woman was walking on St. Clair Parkway at around 10:30 p.m. on Friday when she was struck by an SUV.
The driver of the SUV failed to remain at the scene of the crash and the woman was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
The vehicle is believed to be a 2010-2015 GMC Terrain with significant front passenger side damage.
