The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were alerted to a possible impaired driver at a Queen Street gas station in Chatham at around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officers located the driver and conducted a sobriety test. Believing the driver was impaired by drugs, police took him into custody for further testing. His vehicle was also towed from the scene.
