A 23-year-old Chatham man has been charged with impaired driving. 
Tecumseh OPP received several complaints about an erratic driver on the 401 early Sunday morning.
The driver was said to be swerving across all three westbound lanes, and collided with the centre barrier several times.
Police say the accused was heavily intoxicated and arrested at the scene.
