The watchful eye of a local resident may have taken a drunk driver off the roads.
Chatham-Kent Police got a call about a suspected impaired driver on St Clair Street in Chatham around 7 last night.
The vehicle was spotted again on Glenwood Drive near McNaughton Avenue, and the driver questioned by police.
A 68-year-old man is now facing charges of impaired driving, and was released with a date in court next month.
