A rollover crash in Tilbury has led to impaired driving charges for a London man.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to the single-vehicle crash on Queens Line near the Highway 401 on-ramp on Sunday at around 5:20 p.m.
Believing the driver had been drinking, police took him into custody for breath tests.
As a result, a 43-year-old London man is now charged with refusing or failing to provide a breath sample and impaired driving. He was released from custody with conditions and a future court date.
