Grade 12 students at Chatham Christian High School were given a unique project – to research and advocate for a local charity.
Of all the presentations, one charity was chosen to receive $5000. The winning charity was the Autism Transitional Classroom with Chatham-Kent Children’s Services.
The project was a partnership between teacher Amy Bergsma, the United Way of Chatham-Kent, and the Chatham-Kent Nonprofit Network.
