Chatham-Kent’s electricity distributor is once again helping to feed those in need.
Entegrus is hosting its 12th annual Thanksgiving Community Lunch on Friday, supporting those facing challenges by serving up a warm meal.
The luncheon will be held at the Spirit and Life Centre on Wellington Street West in Chatham, starting at 11am and continuing as long as supplies last. The food is being prepared by Burns Restaurant and served by Entegrus staff.
“We’re glad to provide a meal and share a moment with those who could use it,” said Jim Hogan, President and CEO of Entegrus. “This lunch is one of the ways we give back to a community we’re proud to be a part of.”
Last year, 150 meals were handed out to those less fortunate in the community.
