For the second time in a month, Erie Shore Dr. will be the subject of a special council meeting.
Residents and councillors will be updated together at the Civic Centre in an open meeting set to start at 5pm. However,
Erie Shore Dr. has been closed since March 9th so emergency work can be done on the dike.
While the first part of the meeting is in open, the second is behind closed doors and will focus on “…proposed acquisition of land by the municipality, potential litigation, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on by the municipality with regard to Erie Shore Drive.”
