The 2nd Annual Tilbury Lions Christmas Light Festival is running at Tilbury Memorial Park from the end of November 2020 through to January 9, 2021. Tilbury Memorial Park, 24 Stewart St Tilbury, features over 35,000 lights that turn on every night from 5:30 – 11pm. The festival committee is featuring a couple new displays and fun additions to the Odette Walking Trail within the park. The festival committee has decided not to host an opening night event this year due to covid-19 restrictions. They are also not releasing the first night that the lights will be turned on to help deter large crowds from gathering at the park.
This free outdoor event is a lovely way to experience the magic of Christmas through the wonder of lights. Come take a walk along the paved trail with your family, friends and pets for a safe and fun holiday experience. Please remember to maintain a safe physical distance of 2 metres from others while walking through the park. There is free parking along Stewart street and within the park for attendees.
