We are currently planning for 150 Vendors this year. The ratio will be 125 Crafters and 25 Direct Sales Vendors. It is Board Policy that only one Representative from each Direct Sales company can sell their products at the event (First to secure will receive the space).
The cost for space this year is $40 for each 10×10 space as the early bird pricing until July 20. As of July 21, the regular price of $50 will be required
DAIP Has 3 tents available for rent if you need one. Contact for details. We currently do not provide any tables or chairs. (Update….all tents have been rented)
This years charity is our anomaly from 2020, CK Animal Rescue, in Honour of the late Deb White. We are proud to finally host the event for CKAR.
The Amazing Vito will be performing his Comical Magic live at 1:30pm. Admission for his performance is only 1$.
A photographer will be set up for taking photos for a fee. 2×3 on-site prints and digitally emailed prints will be available. She will be taking photos of you kids with their favourite on-site live Cosplayers, Pets with their owners, as well as photo boards where you can pop your head into a funny photo; even your pets.
