Kidney Walk Chatham 2026
Join us for the Kidney Walk in Chatham and help make a difference for the nearly 1 in 10 Canadians living with kidney disease. Whether you walk in support of a loved one, to honour someone affected by kidney disease, or simply to support a healthier future, every step counts.
The Kidney Walk brings together patients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community supporters for a morning of inspiration, remembrance, and hope. Funds raised help The Kidney Foundation support life-saving research, patient programs, advocacy efforts, and organ donation awareness initiatives.
The Chatham Kidney Walk has been a proud community tradition since 2012, bringing local residents together each year to raise awareness and critical funds for kidney health. Over the years, participants have walked in recognition of loved ones, celebrated transplant successes, remembered those lost to kidney disease, and supported the kidney community across Chatham-Kent.
Participants can walk as individuals or as part of a team while enjoying a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Together, we can raise awareness of kidney health and support those affected by kidney disease in our community.
Join us as we celebrate more than a decade of community support and walk toward a future free from kidney disease. Every step makes a difference.
Organization: The Kidney Foundation of Canada, Ontario Branch.
