DESCRIPTION:Celebrate 10 years of Hike for Hospice and 10 years of compassionate care with the Chatham-Kent Hospice – on Sunday\, May 3\, 2025\n\nRegistration is now open at www.hikeforhospiceck.com\n\nHike for Hospice is powered by Battery Boy!\nEnjoy a Pre-Hike Family Festival from 12 noon to 2 pm thanks to Fairway Wealth Management. The Family Festival includes live music\, food trucks\, memorial activities\, children’s activities\, lawn games\, a special tree planting ceremony and more.\n\nHike Mud Creek Trail (starting point is behind John McGregor Secondary School) at your leisure the week of April 26 to May 2 and/or join us for the in-person event and celebration on Sunday\, May 3rd.\n\n\nHike for Hospice welcomes participants of all abilities to come together to show their support for Hospice families. Before hitting the trail\, participants gather pledges to raise essential funds that ensures Hospice may continue to provide compassionate end-of-life care at no cost to families in our community.\n\nRegistration is free and participants are able to purchase a commemorative t-shirt and personalized memorial signs featuring the name and picture of a loved one who has passed. After Hike week\, families may collect the sign and have it as a keep-sake.
