SUMMARY:British Legends LIVE in Chatham
DESCRIPTION:The British Legends are bringing David Bowie\, Rod Stewart\, and Adele back for 2022 in this fantastic benefit event! Experience the biggest hits in this incredible live tribute to three of the greatest entertainers of all time! Their look and sound is fantastic!\nThis tribute to these three legends is presented in support of Make-A-Wish Canada. Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. When a wish is granted\, a child replaces fear with confidence\, sadness with joy\, and anxiety with hope. We are on a quest to bring every eligible child’s wish to life\, because a wish is an integral part of a child’s treatment journey. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight a critical illness.\nMake-A-Wish is the world’s leading children’s wish-granting organization\, serving children in every community in Canada. Since 1983\, Make-A-Wish Canada has granted over 36\,000 wishes! For more information about Make-A-Wish Canada\, visit makeawish.ca.

Learn more about our history. \nHow to Participate\nSelect one of two fun ways to participate in 2022:\n\n In-Person Walk: Most CNOY locations (covid permitting) will host an organized\, in-person event – complete with 2km + 5km signed routes\, rest stops\, volunteers\, and snacks at the end.\n\n\n Virtual Walk: All CNOY locations will welcome virtual fundraisers who self-organize either with friends or individually\, walking any day in February on a route they choose.\n\nMore Details\n\n Date: Saturday\, February 26\, 2022.\n\n\n Where: Chances are there is a CNOY location quite near you! If not\, you can still walk and fundraise virtually in your community\, wherever you are.\n\n\n What: Participants register to walk 2km + 5km\, whether at an in-person event\, or virtually with their team.\n\n\n Who: Everyone is welcome! CNOY is family-friendly – participants range in age from toddlers (with parents of course) to active seniors.\n\n\n How: Participants register online to set up their personal Fundhub page. Everyone is welcome to come and fundraise for their local CNOY charity.\n\n\n Impact: By walking in the cold\, you’ll feel a hint of the challenge faced by those experiencing homelessness during winter. By fundraising\, you’ll be contributing much-needed money to a charity in your town that is bringing hope and help to people in your community who need support.\n\nCNOY Toques\nWhen you go the extra mile and fundraise ($150 for adults\, $75 for youth under 17 or under) we’ll celebrate your efforts with an oh-so-comfy 2022 CNOY Toque. \nFOR MORE INFO OR TO REGISTER LOCALLY\, CLICK HERE!
