A GTA resident has been charged after failing to move into another lane while passing a collision in Chatham-Kent.
The Ontario Provincial Police said offices stopped the vehicle just before noon on Tuesday after the driver failed to change lanes for a commercial vehicle collision in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 near Communication Road.
As a result, a 23-year-old from Mississauga has been charged with failing to move into another lane for an emergency vehicle or tow truck, failing to provide a licence and failing to provide insurance.
