Holding a fundraiser during a pandemic can be a challenge, but you’d never know it in Dresden.
The community’s annual Terry Fox Run not only raised a record $46,037 in 2020, but also ranked #1 per capita across Ontario for fundraising at $18.82.
The event also made the province’s top 25 list by revenue.
Organizers say it’s all due to the community’s dedication to carry on Terry Fox’ legacy.
