Provincial Police continue to investigate following a fatal crash on the 401. 
Emergency crews were called to the busy highway near London around 9 last night, where a passenger vehicle and commercial truck collided.
The westbound lanes were closed throughout the night, but reopened around 5 o’clock this morning.
No other details have been released at this point.
