Plans are coming together for the 20th annual Festival of Giving.
After three years of online events because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the fundraiser is taking place in-person on June 3 at the Sons of Kent brewery in Chatham with a “Retro Rewind” theme.
“We’re so excited to host the 20th annual Festival of Giving. An event that started in a church basement, grew to be one of the biggest yearly events in the municipality and is alive and well!” co-chair Tim Regan said in a news release.
TekSavvy has once again stepped up to be the event’s main sponsor.
The Festival of Giving has traditionally been a major fundraiser for the Children’s Treatment Centre. However with the CTC Foundation going in a new direction this year, Festival organizers say they will continue to give back to the community, supporting local causes and organizations.
Information on beneficiaries and ticket sales will be released in the coming weeks.
