The 17th annual Festival of Giving takes place tonight, put on by the Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent.
Treatment Centre Executive Director Mike Genge says it’s going to be an amazing night.
“It’s such a big event, and it’s a big event in all of Southwestern Ontario. I don’t think there’s anything like it. I’ve been down to events in Windsor – the numbers may be equivalent, but the actual party is not even close”, Genge says.
Close to 1000 people are expected at tonight’s event, with hundreds of thousands of dollars raised.
