Final Approval Sought For Pickleball Courts

Chatham-Kent Council will look to approve the construction of 10 pickleball courts at Monday night’s online council meeting.

The total construction cost will be $554,000, with the province picking up 80 per cent of the construction costs and the municipality paying for the remaining 20 per cent.

The courts will be spread out across the municipality, with Chatham, Tilbury, Blenheim, Dresden (Jackson Park) and Wallaceburg (Steinhoff Park) all getting two.
