Fire officials are still trying to determine what sparked an early morning fire in Chatham.
Crews responded to a Colborne Street property around 4 o’clock this morning and found flames coming from the second floor of the home.
Officials say no one was inside at the time of the fire and no injuries have been reported.
Fire inspectors were called to the scene and the Ontario Fire Marshal’s office was notified.
Damage is pegged at $50,000.
