Fire Leaves Chatham Family Homeless

No injuries have been reported following a house fire in Chatham.

Crews were called out to a home on Raleigh Street around 7:15 Wednesday evening night and say the flames were contained to the third floor.

However, with extensive smoke and water damage, total damage to the home is estimated around $200,000.

Two adults and three children have been displaced by the blaze.

No word yet on what sparked the fire in the first place.
