Emergency crews were called to a structure fire on Park Street around 9:30 Tuesday night and found a CN Rail utility shed on fire.
Damage has been pegged at $10,000.
No one was hurt, the fire has now been deemed suspicious.
Anyone who might be able to provide information is asked to call Chatham-Kent Police or Crime Stoppers.
