A flood warning remains in effect along the Sydenham River after several days of rain over the long weekend.
St Clair Region Conservation Authority says some areas saw over 30 mm of rain, causing some low-lying waterways to overflow their banks.
River banks are expected to be slippery, with possible minor erosion. Residents are reminded to avoid watercourses and flooded areas.
The warning will remain in effect until tomorrow with a little more rain in the forecast.
