The St Clair Region Conservation Authority says water levels have been quite high with more than 55 mm of rain since last Thursday.

With more rain in the forecast for the next few days, officials say there could be minor flooding in low-lying areas, including fields and parks.

Already saturated ground is expected to contribute to ponding and increased runoff.

Some roads in Lambton County have been closed because of the high water, including Waterworks Road between Courtright Line and Moore Line, and Stanley Line east of Kimball Road.
