Director Tim Mifflin says a member of the community stepped forward when he heard there was a need.
“This year we’re very fortunate, we have a new location at 70 Leeson in Chatham, we’re very pleased. John Elliot from Honda House stepped forward with the location for us,” says Mifflin. “We have a location for this year, we were grateful for the location we had the last few years. Realistically, the only long term solution is if somebody on the board wins the lottery and they buy a storage room. But the reality is we operate on the short term.”
Mifflin says this is a single year solution, but allows them to get to work on their food and toy basket campaign.
