Remembrance Day brings a slew of closures and alterations across Chatham-Kent, but it’s not as cut and dry as you may think.
Municipal offices will be closed today in recognition of Remembrance Day.
All public libraries will be closed, along with cultural facilities.
Blenheim’s Gable Rees Pool will be open, but Wallaceburg’s Sydenham pool won’t.
Municipal buses will be running as normal, as will garbage pick-up.
The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is running on its standard holiday hours with most walk in services and departments closed, however COVID Assessment Centre and Emergency Rooms are open, as usual.
