Groundhog Day In Shrewsbury

Chatham-Kent is soon to have its own groundhog to rival Wiarton Willy and Shubenacadie Sam.

Shrewsbury is set to hold their first ‘Groundhog Day A’Gatherin’ on Saturday Feb 2nd.

Doors open at the hall on New Scotland Line at 1pm, the groundhog naming ceremony is set for 2pm.

Last year Wiarton Willy predicted a long winter.
