- 2 eggs
- ½ pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 tsp. ketchup
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mushroom soup
Mix above ingredients. Cut crust off 18 slices of bread. Butter bread and shape buttered side down in muffin tins. Fill with above mixture. Bake at 350◦ F, 30-40 mins. Serve hot. May be frozen. Wrap in foil to reheat.
