Health Burgers

½ cup toasted wheat germ

3 tbsp milk

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp tabasco

2 tbsp finely chopped celery

2 tbsp finely chopped onion

1 lb lean ground beef

Hamburger buns

Sliced Onion rings

 

Mix wheat germ, milk, ketchup, salt, tabasco, celery, and onion in a bowl.  Add meat; mix lightly and thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties.

Place on greased grill about 4 inches from hot coals. Grill about 7 minutes on each side, or unil meat is done as desired.

Serve on buns with onion rings
