Another week, another heat warning in Chatham-Kent. 
Officials with the Public Health Unit say in high temperatures and humidity, the body may not be able to properly cool down, which can lead to heat exhaustion and even heat stroke.
If you or someone you’re with is showing signs of heat-related illness, move to a shaded or air conditioned space, drink plenty of fluids, rest, and contact a doctor or health care practitioner.
Temperatures are expected to exceed 31 Celsius for the remainder of the week, with Humidex levels higher than 42 degrees.
Slightly cooler weather is expected to move into the region in time for the weekend.
