Helping Wallaceburg Prosper

The future of Wallaceburg will be up for discussion at a special, free barbecue next week.

The Chatham-Kent Prosperity Roundtable is hosting a series of community events, and Coordinator Phill Mock says they just want to start the conversation.

“This isn’t just a one-off event, we’re building a five-year plan so all of us can prosper together,” Mock says. “We want you to come out, get to know us, we want to get to know you, and how we can all work together for change in Wallaceburg.”

Next week’s barbecue from 4:30 to 6:30 next Wednesday afternoon in the parking lot across from our studios on James Street.

The following week, Mock and his team will be back in the community for a town hall meeting to further the discussion on how the town can grow and prosper.

Similar events are being held in other communities across Chatham-Kent next week.
