Home Listings Down According To Realtors

As you would expect the COVID-19 situation is effecting the real estate industry.

The Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors reports a total of 97 units sold in March, down 2 per cent from last year.

The average sale price was $265 thousand up 10 per cent over last year.

But new listings reached just 101, that’s off by 33 per cent  from a year ago with people not selling right now because of isolation.
