Home Sales on the Rise

If you’re buying or selling a home, you’ll want to know prices are climbing.

A house in Chatham-Kent will set you back an average of $185,000 this year.

That’s up 14.5% over last year.

According to the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors, 133 homes sold in November, a new record for the month.

To date 1377 homes have sold in 2017, which is on par with last year.

New listings numbered 117 units in November, the lowest level for the month in nearly three decades.
