She says one of their plans involves dental care for all Ontarians.
“It will actually bring true dental and prescription drug benefits for all Ontarians. it will be a well-costed plan and we will have a fiscal program to go with it that is responsible and reasonable. One of the things that we are going to – which the Liberals chose not to do – is to make sure the wealthiest among us are asked to pay a little bit more,” Horwath says.
“We continue to have GDP growth in our province. And that prosperity continues to go to those at the very top. The gap between those at the very top and the rest of us continues to widen. It doesn’t have to be that way,” says Horwath.
The Liberal party released it’s budget last week, a budget that seems big deficits and social program spending.
