A classic car show in support of end-of-life care is returning to Chatham-Kent for its second year.
The second annual East Kent Hot Rods For Hospice kicks off at the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus on Saturday at 8 a.m.
Organized by Ridge Runners East Kent, the event will feature a classic car show, a soap-box derby, live music, activities for kids, food trucks, a 50/50 draw, vendors and more.
All spectators will be encouraged to make a donation upon entering, which will help fund the ongoing operation of the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
The car show’s inaugural event in 2023 welcomed more than 300 vehicles and thousands of attendees who helped to raise more than $32,000 for hospice care in CK.
