House Fire Causes $200,000 in Damage

No injuries have been reported following a house fire in Chatham.

Firefighters from Stations 1 and 2 in Chatham responded to a Patteson Avenue property just after 9 o’clock Monday night.

Crews arrived to find smoke and flames visible and extensive fire throughout the room where the fire originated.

A total of 15 firefighters were on scene, along with CK EMS, CK Police, Entegrus, Enbridge and Victim Service.

Damage is estimated at $200,000.
