A pair of Chatham-Kent men are facing impaired driving charges.
Late Friday morning, police received a call of a potentially impaired driver on Park Avenue in Chatham.
Officers found the vehicle with the driver passed out behind the wheel.
The 39-year-old from Chatham has since been charged with driving while impaired by drugs and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
Meantime, around 9 o’clock that night, police spotted a vehicle driving erratically and brought the man behind the wheel to headquarters for tests.
The 23-year-old Blenheim man accused blew twice the legal limit, and has been charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, having blood alcohol levels over the legal limit, and being a novice driver, having blood alcohol levels over zero.
