Drunk driving charges have been laid following a crash near Forest. 
Lambton OPP were called to the scene over the weekend and say the driver was showing signs of impairment.
The 25-year-old was taken to the detachment for retests, where he allegedly refused to provide a breath sample.
The accused will be back in court to face the charges next month.
