Impaired driving charges have been laid following a crash in Chatham.
Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision near the corner of McNaughton and Sandys Street around 9:30 last night.
Officers suspected one of the drivers had been drinking. The 20 year-old allegedly failed a road-side test and was taken to police headquarters.
The man, who is also a novice driver, is facing several charges and his vehicle has been impounded for a week.
