An arrest has been made after an intimate partner violence incident in Dresden.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to a north Dresden residence just before 11 p.m. on Tuesday.
Following an investigation, officers learned that an argument between two people turned violent, which resulted in injuries.
Authorities have not released whether one or both individuals were injured, nor what caused the injuries.
A 35-year-old Dresden man has since been arrested and charged with one count of assault. He was later released with a future court date.
