A Chatham man is facing charges after an argument turned violent, and not for the first time.
Police officers responded to Elizabeth Street in Chatham Thursday night and say a man and woman were arguing when the man allegedly pushed her.
Investigators say a similar scene played out earlier this month.
The 21-year-old is charged with two counts of assault, and was released from custody with conditions and a date in court next month.
