Julie’s Cheese Ball

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add grated cheddar cheese untill well blended. Save some to sprinkle on cheese ball. Add ham and olives and remaining ingredients and blend. From into one large ball or 2 small. Chill several hours. Wrap in waxed paper then tin foil and put into plastic bag and may freeze for up to 3 weeks. Makes 5 ½ cups.
