KFA Scholarships Handed Out

The Kent Federation of Agriculture is helping fund the post-secondary dreams of a pair of local students.

Both Lydia Fenton and Tyler Robertson are getting a $1000 to help pay for their schooling.

Robertson is a Kent Bridge area student at University of Guelph. He’s heading overseas on an exchange semester before returning to finish his final year of crop science.

As for Fenton, she plans on working on her family cash crop farm near Highgate after she completes her fourth and final year at U of G.

She’s enrolled in the bachelor of Commerce in Food and Ag Business program.
