A Kingsville man is dead after trying to save a child in Lake Erie. 
41-year-old Tyson Koehn was in a boat with four children yesterday afternoon – one of the kids was swimming and began to struggle – the victim got into the water as well, but went under.
A passing boater and a citizen on shore managed to rescue the children.
The OPP Marine Unit and US Coast Guard searched the area, locating Koehn a short time later.
He was pronounced dead in hospital.
