Laser Tag Opening in Chatham

Kids – and kids at heart – now have a new entertainment option in Chatham-Kent.

Today marks the grand opening of Flash Point laser tag. Owner Jay Denorer says as a father of three, he was spending a lot of time travelling out of town to find things to do with the kids.

Flash Point is a 4000 square foot arena located upstairs at 162 Queen Street in Chatham with a variety of scenarios to play.

“It’s called tactical laser tag, so it’s a little different than your traditional where you get a laser gun and a vest,” Denorer explains. “We put a headband on you, we outfit you with a firearm, and then you run around and do different missions.”

Denorer says the games are suitable for ages six and up, and would also be a great team building or stress relief exercise for corporate events.

A grand opening is being held at the Queen Street facility at 2pm this afternoon.
